Don’t forget to wear a hat. I keep a hat in all of my vehicles. I always have one in my beach bag and always wear one when working outdoors.💂♂️🤠👩🌾👨🌾👷♂️👮♂️👨🎨👩🚒👩✈️👰👩🚀🙆♀️🙆♂️🎩⛑👒🎓
🌝 Protect your skin from the sun daily!! Hats and sunblock are a must!! Skin treatments, such as glycolic and other AHA’s, Salicylic acid (BHA), Retinol, Laser’s and any other skin resurfacing treatments, make your skin more sensitive to the sun. This is because it’s baby (new) skin. However, as long as you keep it protected from the sun your skin will be fine😉 Actually better than fine, beautiful!!
🌞Even if there is little to no sun, always use at least a SPF 15. 🌼 If you don’t know how the Sun Protect Factor works, this is a quick and simple way to learn.
🌼 Let’s say you burn after 10 minutes of being in the sun without any sun protection. 🌝 If you are using a SPF 15, times that by 10 (how long before you burn without SPF) and that will give you 150 🤔mintues out in the sun before you burn with sun protection.
15×10=150 (min. before you burn w/spf)
👩🌾 I’m NOT a huge fan of high SPF. The higher your sunscreen or sunblock is, the more chemicals it has in it. 🌴If you plan on spending a day at the beach that’s when you would need a higher SPF.
