More than fifteen years of experience to help

My name is Heather Johnston and I am the co-founder of babymeclub.com. I am a medical esthetician with more than fifteen years of experience. Firstly, I started my own business in Tacoma Washington in 2005, and right from the start I fell in love with glycolic acid. You see, I was always into skincare but knew nothing about facial acids and what they could do for the skin.
In 2007 I moved to Newport Beach, Ca and started my own business in Laguna Beach. Meanwhile, I continued to specialize in glycolic peels and my business thrived; however, I needed more. Above all, I knew that I could take my game to the next level by working with a doctor and becoming a medical esthetician. So, that’s what I did.
This is serious skincare, but I still want it to be fun. After all, it’s fun to see your skin transform right before your very eyes.
I moved my business to Dana Point, Ca and started working with a really great doctor. Consequently, I was very lucky because she took me every where with her. We went to skin conference after skin conference. I soaked in all of the information I could get my hands on. In other words, I learned about the importance of active ingredients and how to layer them. I adapted to the new ways of science and began promoting the different techniques. In conclusion, I started to finally see real results and could deliver on my promises.
The student becomes the teacher
Most importantly, that’s when I knew I needed to start educating how to achieve healthy skin. To clarify, I wanted to help people feel comfortable with skincare. Educating them on the importance of active ingredients and how they work together or apart; above all else, I wanted them to feel good about doing skincare at home. In short, our job is as much about education as it is about selling amazing professional products. Therefore, we always encourage our customers to leave feedback, ask questions and start by reading our post on active ingredients and aging skin.
